The terms on which these pages are read
Platform Facts NG is an independent editorial desk. It publishes one measurement, taken from named public sources, and it states plainly what it is not: a broker, an exchange, a licensed adviser, or a holder of client money.
Information, not advice
Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer. The figures published here describe what things cost at the moment they were read, not what a reader should do. A row in a table records an act by the Securities and Exchange Commission Nigeria, published on the SEC's own pages, and the site adds no verdict to it.
The reader alone decides what to do with any figure. The desk does not tell anyone to buy, sell, hold, or avoid anything. When a broker's page is linked, the link is a reference to the broker's own published material, not a suggestion that a reader open an account or trade.
The publisher and what it is not
Platform Facts NG is an independent editorial desk. It is not a broker, not an exchange, not a licensed adviser, and it holds no client money. The desk takes no orders, executes no trades, and cannot move funds for anyone. Its only output is the publication of figures taken from named public sources, with the date and hour each figure was read.
The desk has no accounts for readers, no login, no newsletter, and no comment form. It sets no cookie of its own and runs no analytics. The pages are served by a hosting provider which, like any web host, keeps its own technical request logs; the site's publisher does not read a reader's personal data out of them.
The affiliate relationship
The site links to one broker, FxPro, through an affiliate link. If a reader follows that link and opens an account at FxPro, the site is paid a commission by the broker. The reader pays nothing to this site and nothing extra at the broker for using that link.
This relationship is stated plainly on this page and on the page about the publisher. The commission does not change what the desk measures or writes. The figures are taken from the SEC's published notices, not from FxPro, and the desk's description of FxPro's own pages is separate from the SEC data.
Corrections and the desk's responsibility
Responsibility for what is published sits with the Platform Facts NG research desk. The desk reads the SEC's published notices, records the relevant row, and republishes it with the date and hour it was read. If a reader believes a figure is wrong, writing to the address on the contact page reaches the desk.
Corrections are the reason the address exists. A figure that is wrong is corrected, and the correction is dated. The desk answers messages about the data it publishes. It cannot answer questions about a reader's own account at a broker, and it cannot see any account a reader holds elsewhere.
